The Still Space
Study, practice and discuss the deeper aspects of yoga and mindfulness in our weekly community space for just £20 per month

Hosted and created by Stillpoint director Scott Johnson, The Still Space was born in 2020. It was developed as an evening where people could come together and connect through the teachings of yoga and mindfulness. It became a beautiful way to deepen our practice at the beginning of the week and set the tone for the days ahead.
It has now developed into a space where we can share our own ideas and thoughts on how different aspects of yoga and contemplative practice come alive in our lives. We have monthly topics where we practice, learn, discuss and share. There are presentations, meditations, pranayama and readings.
We take our time to listen, practice and let the teachings and words of like minded voices drop in to our awareness and lives.

Getting to spend not only a whole month contemplating a specific topic, but then also exploring it every Monday evening during the community space, has been hugely impactful on my practice, and continues to provide a great deal of depth to how my understanding of myself and the world is evolving.

Meet The Still Space host
Scott Johnson has been teaching yoga since 2004. He is director and co-founder of Stillpoint Yoga (founded in 2009) and has run self-practice Ashtanga yoga classes at Stillpoint Yoga London each weekday morning since 2009. In that time he has supported thousands of practitioners (including yoga teachers) in developing an inspiring, long-term and safe yoga practice.
Over the years Stillpoint has become one of the most well respected yoga studios in London. Stillpoint also runs highly successful trainings and workshops with some of the most respected teachers in the field of Ashtanga yoga.
Scott has been teaching Ashtanga yoga and mindfulness workshops and retreats nationally and internationally for over 10 years.
