I’m Scott Johnson and I’d like to welcome you to the Stillpoint Community.
Since 2009 we've helped thousands of people develop their own inspiring and mindful Ashtanga yoga practice. We’ve now brought all those years of experience online, to our new Stillpoint yoga and mindfulness platform. My hope is that while here you’ll find inspiration and guidance that can help you begin to feel more present and connected in your life.
