I’m Scott Johnson and I’d like to welcome you to Stillpoint Yoga.
Since 2009 we've helped thousands of people begin the day developing their own inspiring and mindful Ashtanga yoga practice.
We encourage mindful approaches in all areas of practice and study, which helps to slowly uncover new ways of seeing the world.
My hope is that while here you’ll find inspiration and guidance that can help you begin to feel more present and connected in your life.
