I’m Scott Johnson and I’d like to welcome you to the Stillpoint Yoga Community.

We've always endeavoured to share yoga in a way that lands right in the heart of your life. Since opening in 2009 we've met each person who's walked through the door, or opened a zoom window, with empathy and compassion.

My hope is that while here you’ll find inspiration and guidance that can help you feel more present and connected in your life.

Stillpoint Yoga tops and tails our days

Andrea mason - practitioner

We start our day with chanting, practice, a poem, and a community discussion around an archetype card. We end the day with lectures, mindfulness meditation and yoga nidra.
