Class descriptions

Early morning yoga


Guided half primary/full primary 

Join our teachers Lee Monk, Wendy Haigh, Scott Arnott and Emma Burdon for early morning primary series classes open to all levels.

Self-practice

Join Scott Johnson for Mysore style Ashtanga yoga self-practice. The self practice method is the traditional way to learn the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Scott will guide and encourage you in your practice and it means you can start anytime after 06:30am (the class ends around 08:15 - 08:30).

Guided primary/intermediate

Join Scott Johnson for a counted, guided Ashtanga half primary/intermediate series practice on a Friday.

Saturday Yoga Clinic

Join Scott Johnson and the community each Saturday morning for an hour of unpacking any issues you may have around your yoga practice.

Evening Still Space


Mindfulness meditation

Join us for 4 evenings of guided Mindfulness and Compassion practice from 8pm (8:30pm Monday). Scott Johnson shares inspiring words and poetry that soothe your soul and spirit, encouraging the day to gently fall away as you ready yourself for bed. It’s a beautiful way to end the day.

Yoga philosophy

Join us for our Monday evening philosophy lectures and discussion (‘Understanding the Yoga Sutra’ philosophy presentation through 2020/2021) with Scott Johnson. 

Restorative yoga

On Friday evenings Scott Johnson offers a restorative yoga class to help unwind mind and body. You can use sofas, cushions, blankets and eye masks to help aid your relaxation.
