Hi I'm Scott, founder of Stillpoint, and I'm so glad you've taken this first step to learning yoga and meditation. Together these practices give you a powerful set of tools for handling the stresses of modern life and personal transformation.

By the end of this course you’ll have your own simple yoga and meditation practice and the opportunity to practise with us online.

This course consists of 5 lessons and you’ll get an email each day to help keep you moving forward, but you can also complete all the lessons right now if you have the time.

You’ll just need some comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and a cushion to sit on.
